摘要胎膜早破（premature rupture of membranes,PROM）是常见的产科并发症,主要并发症是母婴感染,易继发早产、难产、胎儿窘迫等不良妊娠结局,处理不当可危及母婴生命。近来,有研究发现在诊断PROM中,检测阴道液胎儿纤维连接蛋白（fetal fibronectin,FFN）是一种较为有前途的产前预测性诊断方法,与绒毛膜羊膜炎密切相关。
