论高等教育生态学视域下的创新人才培养体系构建

Construction of Cultivation System for Innovative Talents from the Perspective of Higher Education Ecology

高等学校的根本任务是人才培养,为社会输送具有综合素质的创新型人才是时代赋予高校的神圣使命。当前,高校内部逻辑和外部环境之间的失衡已经成为阻碍创新人才成长的桎梏。从高等教育生态学的视角出发,综合分析高等教育的内部逻辑体系,合理定位发展方向,积极营造生态环境,构建多元化的创新人才培养体系,是高等学校保障创新人才培养可持续性的必然选择。

Talent training is the fundamental task of universities,It is a sacred mission entrusted by time for colleges and universities to cultivate innovative talents with comprehensive quality for the society. At present,the imbalance between the university internal logic and external environment has become an obstacle that prevents the growth of innovative talents. Starting from the perspective of higher education ecology,comprehensively analyze the internal logic system of higher education,reasonably position the direction of development,and actively create the ecological environment,to construct a diversified cultivation system for innovative talents in higher school,has become an inevitable choice for universities and colleges to guarantee the sustainable cultivation of innovative talents.
