地方应用型本科院校广播电视编导专业“工作室制”教学模式探究

广播电视行业的迅猛发展直接催生了高校广播电视编导专业井喷式的增长,在专业日渐壮大的同时,如何培养出适应社会需要的优秀编导人才成为一个重要课题,尤其对于以应用型人才为培养目标的地方性院校显得尤为重要。工作室制教学模式是根据编导专业实践性强的特点而实行的新型教学法,具有教学方式灵活、针对性强等特点。本文以地方院校广播电视编导专业为切入点,深入研究工作室教学模式具体实施的方案,力求为应用型人才的培养找到切实的解决方法,培养出适应社会需要的优秀编导人才。

The rapid development of radio and television industry directly spawned college Radio and TV Direction professional growth,while growing,how to adapt to the needs of society to cultivate outstanding director talent to become an important issue,especially for talent to apply for the training objectives Nanyang Institute of Technology is very important. Workshop Teaching Model is based on the director of professional practice and strong features and implement new teaching methods,teaching methods with a flexible,targeted and so on. In this paper,Nanyang Institute of Technology of Radio and TV Direction as a starting point,in- depth study of the implementation of specific programs Workshop Teaching Model,and try to find practical solutions to cultivate applied talents,cultivate outstanding director adapted to social needs of people.
