两种方法暗视下测量瞳孔直径的比较分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较暗室下采用传统瞳孔直径测量工具和全自动电脑验光仪瞳孔测量结果。方法分别用Haab瞳孔尺和Nidek ARK-530A全自动电脑验光仪测量于本院行准分子激光手术患者31例(62眼)的双眼暗视瞳孔水平直径,对结果进行统计学分析。结果传统瞳孔直径测量工具Haab瞳孔尺测得的暗视平均瞳孔直径右眼为(5.4±0.2)mm,左眼(5.4±0.3)mm。Nidek ARK-530A全自动电脑验光仪测得的暗视瞳孔直径右眼为(6.5±0.4)mm,左眼(6.5±0.2)mm。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论两种方法测得的暗室瞳孔直径不同,Nidek ARK-530A全自动电脑验光仪测量瞳孔直径准确性更高,更接近文献记载的暗视瞳孔直径。
