行直接经皮腔内冠状动脉介入治疗术患者应用欣维宁的效果观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察行直接经皮腔内冠状动脉介入治疗术(PCI)患者应用欣维宁的效果。方法 80例行PCI术的患者随机分为欣维宁组和对照组,每组40例。欣维宁组患者PCI术后即开始使用欣维宁,开始30 min微泵输注0.4 g/(kg·min),之后0.1 g/(kg·min)微泵持续注入24 h。对照组PCI术后则不使用欣维宁。记录两组患者术后出现无复流或慢复流的患者例数、术后48 h心血管不良事件和致命性出血事件。结果欣维宁组、对照组无复流和慢复流的发生率分别为5.0%和22.5%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而其它不良事件如死亡、新发心肌梗死、呕血、腹腔内出血、颅内出血、其他部位大出血等发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论行PCI术的患者使用欣维宁效果更好,不良反应未见增多。
