一步溶胶-凝胶法合成LiNi_(1/3)Co_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_2及其性能研究

摘要 以琼脂为凝胶剂,草酸铵为络合剂,采用一步溶胶-凝胶法制备LiNi1/3Mn1/3Co1/3O2系列材料。采用X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM)以及电化学测试对合成材料进行表征。探究了材料合成过程中反应物滴加顺序以及烧结时间对材料表观形貌以及电化学性能的影响。 In this paper, a series of LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 materials were synthesized by one-step sol-gel method. The obtained products were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and electrochemical methods. The influence of reagent adding sequence and the sintering time to the performances of the prepared products were investigated.
