摘要
TiO2一维纳米材料(如纳米棒)的制备与应用在近些年得到快速发展,特别是TiO2纳米棒阵列作为光阳极在染料敏化太阳电池中的应用备受科研工作者的关注。本文就近些年来TiO2纳米棒阵列制备方法的研究情况做一总结和归纳,主要有模板法、超声法、水热法、金属有机化学气相沉积法及直接氧化法,并分别对不同实验方法合成的TiO2形貌及结构进行分析讨论,指出每种方法具有的优势和存在的问题,为探索简单、方便,产物形貌结构可控性强的实验方法提供依据。
In recent years, TiO2 one-dimensional nanomaterial (such as nanorods) has been developed rapidly in preparation and application, especially the application which TiO2 nanorod array is used as photoanode in dye-sensitized solar cells has attracted researchers' attention. In this paper, the summary and induction have been made about study situation of TiO2 nanorod array preparation method, mainly including template method, ultrasonic method, hydrothermal method, metalorganic chemical vapor deposition method and direct oxidation method, and the morphology and structure of the prepared TiO2 are analyzed and discussed applying the different experimental methods, it is pointed out that every method has the advantages and exists problems, with providing the basis for exploring a simple, convenient, strong controllability of product's morphology and structure experimental method.
