文章通过回顾内蒙古气象局在2013年全面推广地面、高空观测业务一体化过程中所做的工作和取得的成效,总结了一体化工作经验,分析了其中存在的问题和不足,并就下一步全国全面推广地面、高空气象观测业务一体化工作提出了建议。

This paper summarizes the experience of integration work, and analyzes problems and insufficiency for it by reviewing the work and effect in the process of integration work promotion by Inner Mongolia regional meteorological bureau in 2013. It also gives some suggestions for further comprehensive promotion of integration of ground-high altitude meteorological observation operation.
