摘要
针对目前缺少定量化研究大型活动专用行车线路的难点问题,提出基于交通状态规则的大型活动专用行车线路规划方法.通过对可采集交通数据的路段进行交通状态判别,研判交通数据真空路段,形成区域路网交通状态;融合交通状态规则与AHP法,设计了多层级简约搜索算法及其线路评价模型,其中,应用多层级简约搜索算法初步筛选多条可行行车线路,基于AHP法对可行行车线路进行综合评价.该方法可为城市举办的各类大型活动的专用行车线路规划提供借鉴.
Aimed at the question of lack of quantificational studies about special events transit lanes,this paper presents a vehicle route -planning method of special events transit lanes based on traffic conditions rule.By identifying traffic conditions of sections with the collected traffic data to extract the traffic conditions of the sections without traffic data,the traffic state of regional road network is formed.Based on integration of traffic conditions rule and analytic hierarchy process (AHP ),this paper designs Multi -level Simplicity Search Algorithm (MSSA)and an evaluation model of routes.MSSA is used for screening vehicle routes preliminarily, and AHP to evaluate them comprehensively.The research method can provide references to vehicle route -planning of the various urban special events transit lanes.
