摘要 通过对空调器焓差试验室的工作原理进行分析,提出大型空调机焓差试验室节能设计方案,并以60HP的焓差试验室节能为例,说明节能设计的技术路线和方法,以供业界同行和第三方实验室在进行相关设计时参考。 Over the years, large cold air conditioners are through traditional air enthalpy test chamber for cooling (heat) and energy efficiency testing. This method of using heat or cold capacity from direct electricity heating or chiller to stabilize and control the conditions of the test chamber is convenient and stable in working conditions, etc., but lots of equipments capacity and power consumption are needed, and can not accord environmental protection. Based on the analysis of the working principle of the enthalpy test apparatus, method of saving energy for large air conditioners enthalpy test apparatus was designed. In this paper, using the Laboratory 60HP enthalpy energy as a case to illustrate the routes and methods of energy-saving technology designed, for the reference of industry peers and third-party laboratories conducting related design.
