生本理念下的高校学生教育管理模式探析

A Probe into the Education and Management Mode for College Students under the Student-based Educational Concept

学生教育管理包含学生教育与学生管理两个方面,关涉学生在校期间成长成才的方方面面。基于不同情势与不同理念,学生教育管理的模式也不尽相同。在新时期新形势下,高校学生教育管理需以生本理念为指导,开展"以人为本"的育人实践,创新契合于学校与学生实际的教育管理模式。这一模式在特色与原则上需坚持做到对象上关系平等,手段上专门系统,目标上综合发展。

Students＇ education and management involves student education and student administration, which relates to their growth at college. Based on different situations and concepts, the mode of student education and management is not the same. In the new era under the new situation, college student education and management should take student-oriented concept as guidance to carry out innovative educational practice corresponding to the college＇ s and students＇ own situation. This mode needs to insist on equality between teacher and student, particular system in the means of teaching and students＇ comprehensive development as the target.
