摘要
目的:探讨基于知信行理论的健康教育对COPD患者自我效能的影响。方法:将110例COPD患者随机分为康复组和对照组,对照组出院时接受常规健康指导,康复组依据知信行理论制定健康教育手册,从入院起根据手册进行健康教育,入院时和出院6周后评价患者自我效能。结果:干预前两组自我效能得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后康复组自我效能得分高于干预前,且高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于知信行理论的健康教育有助于增强COPD患者的自我效能。
This article aims to explore the effect of health education based on the theory of knowing-trusting-acting on the self-efficacy of patients with COPD. 110 patients with COPD are randomly divided into the rehabilitation group and the control group. Patients in rehabilitation group are given health education based on the theory of knowing- trusting-acting starting from admission to the hospital while those in the control group are given routine health guid- ance when out of hospital. Patients' self-efficacy is evaluated on admission to the hospital and 6 weeks after hospital discharge. Self-efficacy scores are similar between the two groups before intervention without statistical significance ( P 〉 0.05 ) , and self-efficacy scores of rehabilitation group' s after intervention are higher than before, and higher than the control group' s as well ( P 〈 0.05 ). Therefore, health education based on the theory of knowing-trusting- acting can enhance self-efficacy of patients with COPD.
