摘要
对市场上销售的几种铁铜预合金粉末在使用中对金刚石节块力学性能的影响进行了实验比较。在元素配方比例不变的前提下,利用等量比例的预合金粉代替原初的单质混合粉,通过真空热压工艺进行试验后发现,使用预合金粉末后的节块的抗折强度与硬度远高于单质混合料热压后的值。在进一步对三种不同品种的铁铜预合金基础粉进行实验后发现,预合金粉随铜含量的增加,节块抗折强度在降低,而硬度虽有所降低但变化幅度较小。
The influnce of application of several Fe-Cu pre-alloyed powders form the current market on the mechanical properties of diamond segments has been compared through experiment. Under the same element formula ratio, the original elementary substance mixed powder has been substituted by pre-alloYed powder of equivalence ratio. Through the vacuum hot pressing experiment, it is found that the flexural Strength and rigidity of diamond segments with pre-alloyed powders are much better than that of the diamond segments with elementary substance mixed powder. Further experiment for three types of Fe--Cu pre-alloyed powders shows that the flexural Strength of the diamond segments decrease when the copper content in the pre-alloyed powders increases. The rigidity decreases also but the rangeability is relatively small.
