摘要
采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)调查和实验研究等方法,对体育选项课与高职学生心理健康的关系进行实验研究,结果表明:不同体育选项课教学对高职学生的强迫、偏执和阳性项目未发生变化外,对学生的躯体化、人际敏感、抑郁、敌对、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性和总分均有不同程度的影响,比体育普修课学习有利于促进高职学生的心理健康。
This paper using methods of investigation with symptom checklist (SCL-90), conducts the experimental study on the relations of sports option class with the higher vocational students' psychologically healthy The results show that different sports option class teaching has the varying degree influence on the student's somzatization, interpersonal sensitive, despondent, hostile, anxious, the terror, neurosis and the total score, but the force, biased and the masculine item of the students have no change, it is more advantageous than the sports common course in the promotion of student's psychologically healthy.
