地方高校新进青年教师生命质量现状分析与影响因素探究

Analysis of the Present Situation of New Young Teachers in Local Colleges and the Exploring of Influence Factors of Their Life Quality

运用SF-36问卷对某地方高校新引进青年教师的生命质量进行调查,目的在于了解地方高校新进青年教师的生命质量现状并探究其影响因素。结果发现:目前青年教师生理健康状况良好,但对于发展趋势不够乐观,情感问题及精神健康对个人生命质量影响较大,且个别教师的情感问题和生理健康已经产生较大影响;91.6%的青年教师的生命质量综合评分较好及以上,并且综合评分在性别、学历及婚姻状况等三个方面差异不显著(P>0.05),且总体上看,男教师的生命质量好于女教师。过去一年内,78.7%的教师的认为自身健康保持现状甚至更好,21.3%教师认为自身的健康不如从前。婚姻状况和锻炼时间的长短是影响青年教师生命质量的因素。建议应根据新进青年教师生命质量特点进行针对性的干预。

Using the SF - 36 to investigate the new young teachers＇ quality of life in a local college, the purpose of this paper is to know about the status quo of new young teachers＇ quality of life in the local college and to explore its influencing factors. The results show that the young teachers＇ physical health is good, but for the developing trend ,they are not optimistic, emotional problems and mental health have a greater influence on the quality of individual life, and the emotional problems of individual teachers and physical health have a larger impact; The comprehensive score of 91.6% of the young teachers＇ life quality is better and more, and there is no significant difference in the comprehensive score in three aspects, such as gender, education, and marital status （P 〉 0.05）, and overall, male teachers＇ quality of life is better than that of female teachers. Over the past year, 78.7% of teachers think that their own health status quo even better, 21.3% of teachers think that their health is not good than before. The Marital status and the duration of exercise are the factors influencing the life quality of young teachers. It is suggested that some targeted intervention should be carried out based on the characteristics of new youth teachers＇ life unalitv by relevant denartments.
