Crisis management four-R theory .is a comprehensive dynamic process, which meets the objective law of dealing with sudden piracy incidents. Several latitudes about improving mariners＇ anti-piracy quality are analyzed based on Heath＇s crisis management four-R theory, combined with the characteristics of crisis management. In addition, the essay analyses the acceptability of using four-R theory in anti-piracy training field, verifies the scalability and integrates feedbacks as well as guidance quality.
