摘要
探讨健身气功·易筋经教学中合作学习模式下对大学生的认知和身体素质的影响,运用文献资料法、实验法和数理统计法对其影响结果进行分析和研究。结论:健身气功·易筋经教学中合作学习模式优于传统教学模式,主要体现在易筋经十二势动作的掌握、身体素质的提高、教学效果的体现;实验班级经过一个学期的合作学习模式干预后,认知部分在社会行为、自我评价、学习态度、学业成就动机和期末考核情况方面有显著性差异;实践部分在肺活量体重指数、握力、坐位体前屈、单足支撑站立测验和引体向上测试五项指标上有显著性差异。
By adopting the methods of literature consultation, experimentation and statistics, the effect of cooperative learning mode on college students' cognition and physical quality in teaching Health Qigong Yi Jill Jing is investigated. Conclusion: The cooperative learning mode is better than the traditional teaching mode in teaching Health Qigong Yi Jin Jing, especially when mastering the 12 Movements and improving physical quality and teaching effects. By using the cooperative learning mode for a term, the experimented students' cognition (including social behavior, self-evaluation, learning attitude, motivation and final-term examination ) and practical ability (including the vital capacity, strength of grasp, body anteflexion,standing with a single foot and chinning un ~ showed simaificant difference.
