摘要
广东产业转型升级使广东走出了一条创新发展之路,但高技能人才缺口大,中高职发展不平衡、高技能人才培养机制不合理等问题,已经逐渐成为广东产业转型升级的"瓶颈"。借鉴韩国、新加坡和台湾等国家和地区产业转型升级的经验,广东要走出人才缺口的短板,需要大力发展高职教育,培养高技能型人才,探索和创新适合广东实际的高等教育人才培养机制,促进中高职教育的有效衔接。
Guangdong economy embarked an innovative developing way because of industrial transformation and upgrading, but some unreasonable problems such as large gap of highly skilled, unbalance of secondary and higher vocational education, the inadequate training mechanism of highly skilled and so on, has gradually become the "bottleneck" of Guangdong industrial transformation and upgrading. Learning the industrial transformation and upgrading experience from some countries and regions as Korea, Singapore and Taiwan, Guangdong should solve the short board of the talent gap, vigorously develop vocational education, training highly skilled, explore and innovate talent training system of higher education suitable for Guangdong, and promote the effective convergence of vocational education.
