以能力为导向的整合情境教学模式在高职护理礼仪教学中的应用分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨以能力为导向的整合情境教学模式在高职护理礼仪教学中的应用效果。方法将本高职学院2013级3年制高职护理专业学生256人按照投骰子的方法随机分为两组,观察组和对照组各128人。对照组的学生采用普通教学方法,观察组的学生采用以能力为导向的整合情境教学模式,一学期后,比较两组学生的综合考评成绩,并且调查观察组学生对整合情境教学模式的效果评价。结果观察组学生采用以能力为导向的整合情境教学模式后,理论知识和实践考核成绩均明显高于对照组,差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的学生对整合情境教学模式的方法评价较高。结论以能力为导向的整合情境教学模式弥补了传统教学方式的不足,让理论知识和实际情况有效的联系起来,提高教学质量,提高护理专业学生的学习积极性,对高职学院护理专业的学生非常适用。 Objective: To explore the application effect of the ability-oriented integrated situational teaching mode in teaching higher vocational nursing etiquette. Methods: 256 nursing majors of Grade 2013 in our There-year higher vocational schools were randomly divided into two groups by the method of throwing the dice, so 128 students fell into the observation group and the control group respectively. Students in the control group received common teaching methods, while the observation group adopted the ability-oriented integrated situational teaching mode; after one semester, the comprehensive evaluation scores were compared between these two groups of students, and the evaluation on the effect of integrated situational teaching mode were gathered from the observation group. Results: The students in observation group by using the ability-oriented integrated situational teaching mode got significantly higher scores in both the theory knowledge test and the practice examination than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05), the students in observation group also had higher evaluation on the integrated situational teaching mode. Conclusion: The ability-oriented integrated situational teaching mode can make up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching methods, linking the theory knowledge and the actual situations, improving teaching quality, the learning enthusiasm of nursing students, which is very suitable for nursing students in higher vocational colleges.
