加强食品药品企业监督管理工作的思考——以三元区为例

Strengthen Supervision of Food and Drug Manufacturer --Case study of Sanyuan

食品药品安全与每一个人的身体健康和生命安全息息相关，更直接影响到社会稳定和国家长治久安。本文针对福建省三明市三元区食品药品生产企业的特点和监管现状进行了分析，并从加强监管部门配合、突出重点监管、构建诚信体系等方面提出了解决问题的对策，以期对有效解决当前的食品药品安全现场监督管理问题提供参考。

Safety of food and drugs is closely related to each person＇s health and life. Moreover, it will directly influence a country＇s stability and security. This paper analyzed features and current situations of inspection and administration of food and drug manufacturers located in Sanyuan district, Sanming, Fujian Province. It presented countermeasures on how to enhance cooperation between inspection and administration departments, focus on key supervision as well as establish credit system for on-site inspection and administration of food and drugs.
