摘要
在氢氧化钠催化下,利用多聚甲醛和苯酚合成一种低羟甲基含量的酚醛树脂。研究在不同酚醛摩尔比下对羟甲基含量的影响,并通过盐酸羟胺法和碘量法滴定游离甲醛和羟甲基含量,确定了制备低羟甲基含量的酚醛树脂的适宜合成工艺:在苯酚和多聚甲醛的配比为1:1.1时,65℃反应2h,90℃反应2h,并减压蒸馏1.5h。
A resole phenol-formaldehyde resin containing low methylol group was synthesized from phenol and paraform -aldehyde by using alkali catalyst. The content of methylol group and free formaldehyde were determined by hydroxylamine hydrochloride and iodometric methods. The optimum reaction system was found to be reactant molar ratio 1: 1.1, reaction temperature 65 ℃ and 90℃, reaction time 2 hours respectively.
