摘要
采用柱色谱法和薄层色谱法等对榆树叶的化学成分进行分离纯化,通过波谱分析鉴定了其化学结构。分离得到了伊谷甾醇(1)、胡萝卜苷(2)、5,7-二甲氧基香豆素(3)、东莨菪素(4)、叶绿醇(5)、4a,14α-二甲基珥烯-环阿屯烷醇(6)、12a-羟基齐墩果-7-烯(7)。化合物2、3、4、5、6、7为该种植物内首次分离得到。
The chemical constituents of Ulmus pumila leaves were analysed with chromatographic and spectral methods. Seven compounds were isolated from the leaves. Their structures were identified as β-sitosterokl( 1 ), daueosterol(2), limettin(3), scopoletin(4), phytol (5),4a, 14a-dlmethyl-9β, 19-cycloergost-24 (24') -en-aleohol (6), multiflor-7-en-12aol(7). Compound 2-7 were isolated from the plant for the first time.
