Computer aided translation techniques can improve the efficiency of translation, ensure the quality of translation and manage translation process. The article expounds the international curriculums of computer aided translation, and studies the system of computer-aided translation skills including basic skills and advanced skills. The basic skills include the skills of technical application, information architecture, translation cooperation, and project management; advanced skills include the skills of professional translation, terminology management, corpus reuse and professional software application.
