正交试验优选非淋凝胶提取工艺

摘要 目的建立非淋凝胶的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以龙胆苦苷与芍药苷提取转移率为指标,对加水量、提取时间、提取次数3个因素进行考察,优选非淋凝胶提取工艺,采用HPLC法测定龙胆苦苷与芍药苷的质量分数。结果最佳提取工艺为:加8倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1.0 h;在优化条件下,龙胆苦苷和芍药苷的提取转移率最高,分别达到76.5%和86.5%。结论该工艺简单、提取率高、适用于工业化生产。 Objective To optimize the extraction process of Feilin gel. Methods Orthogonal tests were used to investigate the amount of water, extraction times and time with the extract yield as index. The contents of gentiopicroside and peoniflorin were determined by HPLC. Results Optimum extraction process was as follows: refluxing 3 times with 8-fold water, 1.0 h for each time. With this condition the extration transfer rate of gentiopieroside and peoniflorin was 76.5% and 86.5%. Conclusion This optimized process was simple, productive,which was suitable for industrial production.
