摘要
为观察不同浓度叠鞘石斛多糖提取液的抗氧化活性,采用超声提取法提取叠鞘石斛中的多糖;采用分光光度法测定叠鞘石斛多糖对DPPH自由基、羟基自由的清除率以及对Fe2+螯合率的影响,再观察其对脂质过氧化的抑制作用。结果表明,叠鞘石斛多糖对DPPH自由基、羟基自由基具有较好的清除率,对Fe2+也具有很好的螯合率,对脂质过氧化有明显的抑制作用。叠鞘石斛多糖具有较强的抗氧化能力。
To observe the antioxidant activity of different concentrations of Dendrobium denneanum Kerr. polysaccharides extract, by using ultrasonic extraction method polysaccharides were extracted from Dendrobium denneanum Kerr. By using spectrophotometry the effects of Dendrobium denneanum Kerr. polysaccharides were tested on DPPH free radical, hydroxyl free radical clearance and its influence to the Fe2＋ chelating rate, to observe the inhibition of lipid peroxidation. The results show that Dendrobium denneanum Kerr. polysaccharides has a good clearance effect on DPPH free radical, hydroxyl free radical , also has the very good chelating rate for Fe2＋ , has obvious inhibitory effect on lipid peroxidation. Dendrobium denneanum Kerr. polysaccharides has strong antioxidant capacity.
