宫腔镜电切术联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床分析

Clinical Effect Study on Hysteroscopic Resection of Endometrial Polyps Combined with Desogestrelethinylestradiol in Treating Endometrial Polyps

目的:探讨宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术(TCRP)联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗子宫内膜息肉(EP)的临床效果。方法:选取2011年1月-2013年10月深圳市第二人民医院妇科收治的160例EP患者,于TCRP术后随机分为两组。其中观察组82例,术后口服去氧孕烯炔雌醇片,1片/d,连用21 d为1周期,连续治疗3个周期;对照组78例,术后不予任何治疗。随访12个月,观察两组患者在随访期间的子宫内膜息肉复发及月经变化情况。结果:对照组复发率12.82%,观察组患者复发率3.66%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后月经量均减少,观察组月经量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TCRP联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇能有效减少EP复发并有利于改善月经状况。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps （TCRP） combined with desogestrel-ethinylestradiol for treating endometrial polyp（EP）. Methods 160 patients with EP after TCRP were randomly divided into two groups. Research group （n = 82） took desogestrel-ethinylestradiol 1 tablet daily, for 21 d, for 3 circles. Control group （n = 78） received nothing. All the patients in both groups were followed up for 12 months. The follow-up data on recurrence of EP and menstruation were analyzed. Results EP recurrences were 12.82 % in control group and 3.66 % in research group. The differences were significant statistically. The amount of menstruation of all the patients was reduced. The amount in research group was reduced compared with control group obviously. The differences were significant statistically. Conclusions TCRP combined with desogestrel-ethinylestradiol can reduce the EP recurrence and improve the menstruation effectively.
