摘要
用燃速测试研究了燃烧催化剂(铅盐、铅盐/铜盐、铅盐/铜盐/炭黑)、燃烧稳定剂(CaCO3、TiO2、MgO及A12O3)以及RDX粒径(7μm、21 μm和45 μm)对RDX-CMDB推进剂在低压下[(1~5)MPa]燃烧性能的影响.结果表明,复配体系的燃烧催化剂可有效提高RDX-CMDB推进剂的燃速并降低其压强指数,推进剂燃速随RDX粒径增大而提高,CaCO3可提高推进剂燃速,TiO2、MgO和Al2 O3会导致推进剂燃速降低.
The influences of combustion catalysts (Pb salt, Pb salt/Cu salt, and Pb salt/Cu salt/Carbon black), combustion stabilizers( CaCO3 .TiO2 .MgO and Al2O3 ) and particle size of RDX powder(7 μm,21 μm and 45 μm) on the low pressure[ (1 -5) MPa] combustion properties of RDX-CMDB propellant were studied by means of burning rate test. The results show that the burning rate increases and pressure index decreases of propellant by the addition of Pb salt/Cu salt/Carbon black combustion catalysts and CaCO3 , the burning rate increases of propellant with the increase of particle size of RDX powder, and the burning rate decreases of propellant by the addition of TiO2 ,MgO and Al2O3.
