静脉肾盂造影检查前肠道准备方法现状研究

Current research on bowel preparation method before intravenous pyelography

静脉肾盂造影前肠道准备具有重要意义。回顾近年来不同肠道准备方法,包括灌肠法、口服导泻法及口服导泻联合灌肠法,因口服导泻法应用最为广泛,故着重分析了运用西药、中药及多种药物联合导泻的原理、用法及不良反应。分析表明,不同肠道准备方法的适用人群、安全性、经济性各有不同,应在充分考虑受检者自身具体情况的基础上选择肠道准备方法。

Bowel preparation before intravenous pyelography is of great signiifcance. Different bowel preparation methods applied in recent years are reviewed, including the enema, orally catharsis and orally catharsis combined enema method. Because the orally catharsis method widely used, this paper focuses the use of western medicine, Chinese medicine and multi-drug catharsis principle, usage, and adverse reactions. The analysis shows that different bowel preparations have different safeties, prices in different people. Doctor should be fully aware of the client＆#39;s own speciifc circumstances before they select method for intestinal preparation.
