摘要
通过理论分析高速干切削TC4切削用量对切削力的影响规律,并利用Deform-3D仿真分析了切削用量对切削力的影响,得出切削力与切削速度近似符合Salomon假说中关于切削力的变化规律;切削力与切削深度、进给量近似成正比。结果证明:理论分析与仿真结果与实际情况较为吻合,对于揭示了高速切削TC4变形机理,改善其表面质量和提高刀具使用寿命和建立高速切削参数数据库具有指导意义。
Through theoretical analysis speed dry cutting TC4 influence of cutting parameters on cutting force and use Deform - 3D simulation of the effects of cutting parameters on cutting force, cutting force and cutting speed ap- proximation derived hypotheses consistent with Salomon variation on the cutting force; cutting force and depth of cut, feed rate is approximately proportional. The results prove that: theoretical analysis and simulation results are more consistent with the actual situation, to reveal the high speed cutting TC4 deformation mechanism, improve surface quality and prolonging tool life and build high -speed cutting parameters database instructive.
