目的:探讨追踪方法学在医疗安全与质量管理中的应用价值。方法:成立追踪方法学实施小组,通过系统追踪和个案追踪找出医院在医疗安全与质量管理中存在的问题,并通过PDCA进行持续改进。结果:应用追踪方法学后,医疗质量得到明显提升,患者满意度明显提高,医疗投诉明显下降。结论:在患者安全与医疗质量管理中应用追踪方法学等管理工具,可有效促进医院质量持续改进。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of the application of tracer methodology in medical Safety and Quality Management. Methods： Set up tracer methodology implementation team, find out the problems in medical safety and quality management with individual tracer activities and system trackers, and implement continuous improve- ment of medical quality management with tools of PDCA. Results： After the application of tracer methodology, the medical quality improved obviously, the patient satisfaction improved obviously, the medical complaints declined obviously. Conclusions： Application of management tools such as tracer methodology In patient safety and medical quality management can effectively promote the hospital quality continuous improvement.
