The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology(MIIT)issued a notice on April 10,released the first batch of rare earth production quotas for 2015 on April 10.The notice required that the industry authorities of relevant provinces and the six rare earth group companies including China Minmetals,China Aluminum Corporation,China Northern Rare Earth(Group)Hi-Tech Co.,Ltd.,Xiamen Tungsten Co.,Ltd.。

And their authority to allocate production quotas should not be granted to other companies. No enterprise should produce rare earth products beyond the quotas or without the quotas.
