摘要
为了适应企业不断开发新产品的需求,需要一种高效的创新方法来指导专利规避设计搜索。结合专利侵权判定原则,通过功能导向问题进行不同领域搜索,迁移得到初始解,构建原始解的功能模型,进行功能裁剪,针对裁剪变体进行评价,得到最终设计方案,形成了融合功能导向搜索与功能裁剪于一体的专利规避设计流程。应用该流程对脚锁进行案例分析,结果表明,该方法能够高效、快速地解决问题。
In order to meet the needs of continue to develop new products, enterprise needs a highly efficient and innovative ways to guide the patent design around. Combined with the principles of patent infringement, the article guided by function orients search for problems in different areas, migrates to obtain the initial solution, and builds functional model of the original solution, then cut functional and evaluate crop variants to get the final design. The article proposes the method about patent design around based on function trimming and oriented search and analysis the foot lock case to verify the feasibility. The results show that this method can efficiently and quickly solve the problem.
