党员与非党员高职院校毕业生就业质量差异的初步研究

A Preliminary Study about Different Employment Quality of the Higher Vocational College Graduates between Party Members and Non- party Members

"高职院校毕业生的就业质量"是近年来高职院校毕业生工作的一项重要研究内容。采用自编的《高职院校毕业生就业质量问卷》对32名党员高职院校毕业生生和32名非党员高职院校毕业生进行调查。结果表明,党员学生和非党员学生在年薪上不存在统计学差异,但党员学生感受到的受重用程度以及雇主评价的所有题目上都显著优于非党员学生。

In recent years, employment quality of the higher vocational college graduates has been important research contents for the higher vocational college graduate work. The article with self - de- signed questionnaire on the employment quality of higher vocational college graduates surveyed the high- er vocational college graduates between 32 party members and 32 non -party members. The results show that students between party members and non -party members have the same annual salary, but in the appreciation degree and the employer＇s evaluation those students joining the party are better than non - party members.
