摘要
现代学徒制是推进产教融合、深化校企合作的重要内容,是解决技术技能人才短缺的重要途径。文章归纳现代学徒制试点过程中存在的问题和实施障碍,并在此基础上提出破解这些问题和实施障碍的意见和建议。
The modern apprenticeship system is an important content in accelerating production - education integration, deepening the school - enterprise cooperation, and also is an important way to solve the shortage of skilled talent of technology. This paper summarizes the existing problems and ob- stacles in the implementation process of pilot modern apprenticeship, and puts forward solving opinions and the implementation suggestions on this basis of these summaries.
