摘要
"卓越工程师教育培养计划"是高等工程教育实现跨越的关键突破口,该计划旨在培养"面向工业界、面向世界、面向未来"的优秀人才,如何利用这一契机培养出具有国际化视野的空管人才是值得深思的问题。结合中国民航大学交通运输专业空管方向"卓越计划"试点班的实践,对该问题进行了深入的分析,提出在人才、教学、科研及工程教育标准等方面做到国际化是实现这一目标的关键。
The Excellent Engineer Education Training Plan is a key breakthrough for the realization of stride of higher engineering education. This Plan intends to cultivate outstanding talents towards in- dustry, world and future. However, it is a profound problem how to cultivate outstanding air traffic con- trollers with international view. This problem is deeply analyzed based on the experience of the pilot class of Air Traffic Controllers （ATCs） of Civil Aviation University of China, and the paper concluded that the internationalization of talents, teaching process, scientific researches, engineer education stand- ards and etc. may be a key to realize the target.
