摘要
列出了某型惯性导航系统修理的联试阶段,在双陀螺罗经对准的不同状态码时段,该系统及陀螺平台等主要部件的常见故障。论述了其工作原理,分析了其故障原因,给出了高故障率零组件专用逻辑变换器、积分补偿变换器等的检测方法及合格判据和液浮陀螺组件的角传感器、加速度计、力矩传感器等的自检故障触发值,明确了主要故障点定位和修理方法。
The paper lists, in the joint - test stage of a certain type of inertial navigation system re- pair, common faults of the system and the main parts such as gyro platform at the different status code a- ligned by double gyrocompass. And also, it discusses its working principle, analyses the fault reasons, test methods and qualified criteria for a special logic converter of high failure rate components and an in- tegral compensation converter, as well as self - checking fault trigger value of an angle sensor, an accel- erometer, an torque sensor and the like in the liquid floated gyro components. Furthermore, it defines positioning and repairing methods for the main fault points.
