Sulphur recycle from chlorine-leached copper residue with alkaline approach

摘要 以铜渣氯浸渣为研究对象,氢氧化钠和稀酸为反应剂,氧为氧化剂,采用碱法回收铜渣氯浸渣中的硫,在高效回收硫的同时实现渣中Ni、Co等贵金属的富集.研究氢氧化钠物质量浓度、反应温度、反应时间及液固比对硫回收率的影响,采用电感耦合等离子光谱发生仪对产物进行检测分析.结果表明:最佳反应条件为氢氧化钠物质的量浓度1.67mol/L,温度80℃,液固比9∶1,反应时间30min,搅拌速度400r/min;该条件下硫的回收率为96.1%,纯度为99.3%. Taking chlorine-leached copper residue as investigation abject, sodium hydroxide and dilute acid as reactants, and oxygen as oxidant, the sulphur was recovered from the chlorine-leached copper residue with alkaline approach. Along with high-effective sulphur recovering, the valued metals such as Ni, Co, etc were richly concentrated. The influence of the mass-fraction of sodium hydroxide, reaction tempera- ture, reaction time, and solid-to-liquid ratio on the sulphur recovering rate was investigated and the result- ants were examined and analyzed with inductor-coupled plasmatron. The result showed that the optimal reaction condition is as follows: amount-of-substance concentration of sodium hydroxide was 1.67 tool/L, reaction temperature --80 ℃, solid-to-liquid ratio--9 : 1, reaction time--30 min, and stirring rate--400 r/min. Under this condition, recovering rate of sulphur would be 96.1% and its purity 99. 3%.
