参芪扶正注射液联合新辅助化疗治疗乳腺癌临床研究

Clinical Study of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection Combined with New Assistant Chemotherapy on Breast Cancer

目的:探讨参芪扶正注射液联合新辅助化疗治疗乳腺癌的疗效和对患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:选取乳腺癌患者130例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组65例。对照组给予单纯CAF化疗方案治疗,观察组在给予CAF化疗的同时辅以参芪扶正注射液治疗。比较两组患者生存质量、外周血象、淋巴细胞绝对值以及单核细胞杀伤活性的变化情况。结果:观察组患者生存质量优于对照组,两组患者治疗后外周血象、淋巴细胞绝对值以及单核细胞杀伤活性与治疗前比较均有显著变化(P<0.05),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参芪扶正注射液联合新辅助化疗治疗乳腺癌临床疗效显著,有助于保护免疫功能,减轻不良反应。

Objective ： To explore the curative effect and influence on cellular immune function of clinical study of shenqi fuzheng injec- tion combined with new assistant chemotherapy on breast cancer＋ Methods ： 130 patients with breast cancer randomly divided into obser- vation group and contrast group （ each of 65 cases）. The contrast group was given CAF chemotherapy regimens, while the observation group was given shenqi fuzheng injection based on CAF chemotherapy regimens, to compare with the two groups of patients＇ life quality, peripheral blood like,lymphocyte absolute value, and the change of mononuclear cell killing activity. Results：The patients＇s life quality in observation group superior to the contrast group, the patients in the two groups with peripheral blood lymphocyte absolute value and mononuclear cell killing activity are significant change compared with before treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ） , the difference was statistically signif- icant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Shenqi fuzheng injection combined with new assistant chemotherapy are effective in treatment of breast cancer.
