气化动力初探

Exploration on the Motive Force of Qi Transformation

"气"和"气化"学说,是中医理论的根本。"气化"不会无缘无故的发生,它需要动力,这就是所谓的"气化动力"问题。作为传统六经之首的《易经》,其解释变化的动力,主要有2个角度:1阴阳的对立与相互作用;2气与气的"感应"。前者强调阴阳的相互作用是推动事物发展的根本动力;后者则主要强调事物之间的同一性、和谐性。《黄帝内经》继承了《易经》的思想,既强调阴阳的相互作用是推动事物发展变化的根本原因,又注重气与气之间的感应。关于气化动力,《黄帝内经》中最有创新性的观点是"阳化气,阴成形",它指出了"形""气"转化的关键,有很大的科学潜容性和临床价值。

The theory of Qi and Qi transformation are fundamental of TCM theory. Qi transformation had not occur without power. This is Qi transformation power. Yijing, as the top of the traditional Liujing,which can interpret the power from the two points：（1）The contrary and interaction of Yin and Yang;（2）Response of Qi and Qi. The former stresses the interaction is the basic power for promoting the de- velopment. The latter stresses the identify and concordance among the things. Huangdi Neijing had inherited the idea. It is not only stress the the interaction is the basic power for promoting the development, but also pay attention to the response of Qi and Qi. About Qi transformation power,the view with innovativeness is Yang transforming Qi and Yin the matter,which is the key of transformation of Qi and matter. It has scientific latent capacity and clinical value.
