摘要
阐述了在新建中央空调系统中合同能源管理的合作模式,给出了实际案例以及操作实施过程。分析了在新建项目中实施合同能源管理的优势,并对实施过程中存在的问题给出了原因分析和解决方案。对节能量评估和审定给出了实质建议。
Clarifies the Energy performance contract model in new Air condition system, and gives the actual case and the operating process. Analysis the advantage of the EPC in new project, also gives the reason and solution to the problems among the process. The substantial suggestions are giving to the energy saving evaluation and judgment.
