摘要
旅客满意度电子评价系统是边检机关收集旅客满意度的一个重要数据来源。它一直是边检机关提高其服务水平的重要举措。作为边检的一项特色措施,应充分发掘该系统的潜能,创新数据分析方法,将其应用到提高民警服务意识、边检服务效率、边检勤务改革等各项具体工作中。旅客满意度电子评价系统的缺陷体现在系统的安装和设置不够科学、收集旅客意见比较困难、对民警的心态产生了微妙的负面影响等方面,尚需通过调整和采取措施改进。
Electronic passenger satisfaction assessment system is used as an important channel to collect passenger satisfaction date in frontier inspection work. It has always been an important move to improve service in frontier inspection work. As a special measure, it should be fully exploded in potential, innovate in data analyzing ways and applied in specific jobs such as improving police's consciousness, layout of inspection environment and duty reform. The defects of the system include the following: its installation and set-up are not scientific, the passenger's opinion can't be well collected and it has bad psychological influences on the inspectors. Therefore Measures should be taken to improve the system.
