摘要
为比较茅岩莓叶及叶柄中总黄酮含量,采用乙醇超声法提取茅岩莓叶及叶柄中的总黄酮,并以芦丁为对照品,采用可见分光光度法测定总黄酮的含量。结果表明,茅岩莓叶柄、叶中总黄酮含量分别为5.53,11.03 mg/g,茅岩莓叶中的总黄酮含量比叶柄高,使用时应区别对待。
In order to compare the content of total flavonoids in Ampelopsis grossedentata leaf and petiole, extraction of total flavonoids from leaf and petiole in by ethanol ultrasonic method, taking rutin as comparison, by determination of the total flavonoid content of UV-~is spectrophotometry. Through the experiment, the content of total flavonoids petiole and leaf are 5.53, 11.03 mg/g, the results show that the content of total flavonoids in leaves is higher than petiole, when using, should be treated differently.
