摘要
介绍乳制品加工技术课程基于项目教学的设计思路、教学内容、教学模式以及课程改革教学效果等几个方面内容。重点分析校企合作、教学项目、能力培养等几个方面的课程设计思路,并对课程教学模式改革及取得的成果进行详细阐述。
This paper introduces the design thought, content of courses, model of teaching, and the curriculum reform of the teaching effect dairy products processing technology. Emphasis analysis the curriculum design of cooperation between school and enterprise, teaching project, ability training, and also included the teaching mode reform and acquired results.
