摘要
目的探讨急性颅脑损伤患者垂体激素水平的变化及与颅脑损伤程度的相关性。方法随机抽取60例颅脑损伤患者作为观察组(损伤程度采用GCS评分评估),15例志愿者为对照组,采用酶联免疫定量分析法检测伤后1、3、7、30d血清催乳素(PRL)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成激素(LH)和促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平。结果观察组伤后血清PRL、FSH、LH显著升高(P<0.05),TSH略降低(P>0.05);观察组血清PRL、FSH、LH水平早期升高明显(72h内尤为明显),后逐渐降低。颅脑损伤越重,PRL、FSH、LH值早期越高。结论急性颅脑损伤垂体激素PRL、FSH及LH水平于伤后早期明显升高,TSH稍降低,变化程度与颅脑损伤严重程度有关。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the change of pituitary hormone level and the severity of craniocerebral injury .Methods A random sample of 60 cases of patients with craniocerebral injury was regarded as the observa‐tion group (the degree of injury was evaluated by GCS) ,15 cases of volunteers as control group .We used ELISA quantitative analysis method to detect PRL ,FSH ,LH and TSH in 1 ,3 ,7 ,30d after injury .Results The PRL ,FSH in the observation group were significantly increased (P0 .05) .PRL ,FSH ,LH in the early specifically in 72h increased significantly ,and then descended gradually .The heavier craniocerebral injury was ,the faster elevation of PRL ,FSH ,LH .Conclusion PRL ,FSH and LH increases significantly early after brain injury ,TSH is slightly decreased ,and the change of pituitary hormone level is related to the severity of craniocerebral injury .
