盐酸文拉法辛联合疏肝解郁胶囊治疗帕金森病并抑郁状态的疗效被引量：4

摘要目的观察文拉法辛联合疏肝解郁胶囊对帕金森病(PD)合并抑郁状态的临床疗效。方法将60例PD合并抑郁状态患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例,对照组30例。治疗组给予盐酸文拉法辛75mg,bid;疏肝解郁胶囊720mg,bid。对照组给予盐酸文拉法辛75mg,bid;2组疗程6周。治疗前及治疗后1、2、4、6周采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)作为评定指标。结果2组治疗后SDS评分均较治疗前下降,与治疗前相比,治疗组在治疗1周见效,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),对照组在治疗1周,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2、4、6周末,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组在治疗1、2、4、6周,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸文拉法辛联合疏肝解郁胶囊治疗PD合并抑郁状态较单用盐酸文拉法辛起效快、疗效好,值得临床应用。
