女性更年期神经症应用中西医结合并辅以心理干预治疗的疗效观察

Efficacy of Chinese and Western medicine combined with psychotherapy in the treatment of menopausal neurosis

目的探讨心理干预辅助中西医结合治疗女性更年期神经症的临床疗效。方法收集2012-01—2014-01我院收治的更年期精神症患者64例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各32例,对照组予以中西医结合治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上实施心理干预,比较2组的疗效。结果治疗后观察组的HAMA及HAMD评分均较对照组显著降低(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率为96.9%,显著高于对照组的81.2%(P<0.05)。结论心理干预辅助中西医联合治疗女性更年期神经症疗效显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine supplemented by psy-chological intervention in the treatment of menopausal neurosis.Methods 64 patients with menopausal neurosis in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were collected and randomly divided into observation group and control group ,32 cases in each group. The control group received the traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine therapy ,the observation group received psychological intervention on the basis of the control group ,the clinical efficacy of two groups was compared.Results After treatment ,the HAMA and HAMD scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）;the total effective rate of observation group was 96.9% and was significantly higher than 81.2% in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Psychological intervention to assist traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of menopausal neurosis has a significant effect ,which should be widely applied.
