医学研究生科研伦理问题审思

A Contemplation on Scientific Ethics Issues of Medical Postgraduates

科学研究是推动生物医学技术不断发展的强大动力,而研究过程中产生的一系列科研伦理规范问题逐渐引起社会的广泛关注。通过探讨医学研究生科研伦理的基本规范,揭示了目前医学研究生在科研伦理规范,如实验数据的采集处理以及共享、人体试验研究、动物实验研究、科研诚信、知识产权等方面存在的主要问题,并从学生、教师、教育评价机制、社会环境等方面对问题产生的原因进行分析,进一步思考如何加强医学研究生科研伦理规范教育。

Scientific research is a strong driving force to accelerate the development of biomedical technology. However, a series of ethical problems in scientific research have aroused wide social concerns. Through discussing the basic ethical code of research ethics of medical postgraduates, this paper revealed the major problems in data collection, data sharing, research integrity, intellectual property and honor distribution of human subject research and animal experiments. Furthermore, it analyzed the reasons from the perspectives of students, teachers, education evaluation mechanism and social environment, as well as the approach to promote the research ethics education of medical postgraduates.
