关于医学人文精神多元形态的调查分析

An Empirical Study on Multiple Modalities of Medical Humanistic Spirit

采用定量研究和定性研究相结合的方法,对南京、苏南、苏中、苏北等地多家医疗机构的867位医务人员的医学人文精神多元形态进行调查研究,提出医学人文精神多元形态理论:医学人文精神是人类挚爱生命、在医学活动中坚持以人为本的精神,这种精神需要哲学反思的高度、知识系统蕴涵的深度、医学实践检验的效度。医学人文精神的多元形态包括医学人文精神的哲学形态、知识形态和实践形态。医学人文精神哲学形态通过知识形态的建构向医学实践形态回归,为铸造医学、医院、医务人员的医学人文形象、解决医患纠纷、缓解医患关系提供根本途径。

Both of the quantitative and qualitative research methods were used to investigate the multi-modality of humanistic spirit of 867 medical staffs from medical institutions of Nanjing and other cities of south, middle and north of Jiangsu province. The theory of multiple-modality of medical humanistic spirit was proposed with the fundamental claim of respecting of life and adhering to people-oriented spirit in medical activities. It is the spirit that needs deep philosophical reflection, systematic knowledge and validity of medical practice, including philosophy modality, knowledge modality and practice modality. Through the construction of knowledge modality, the philosophy modality of medical humanistic spirit return to practice modality, providing a fundamental way to cast medical humanistic image of medicine, hospital and medical practitioners, resolve medical conflicts, and harmonize doctor-patient relationships.
