Medical Humanities Need the Name Rectification before Integrating Clinic:Language Is the Carrier for Humanistic Medicine

医学人文要走进临床并成为临床医疗过程中重要组成部分之一,首先要明确其基本概念的内涵与外延。古希腊是西方人文主义运动本源所在,而教育和语言是古希腊人文活动的本体。"以人为本"主要是为了与宗教神学竞争这一特殊目的而建构的特殊概念,在人文主义运动中不具本体性。人文医疗以语言为载体,这不仅是回归人文主义的本体,也是确保其进入临床医疗的基础和前提。人文医疗贵在消解患者心理方面的问题,科技医疗重在恢复患者的生理平衡。"以语言为本"是确保医学人文成为医疗分工体系中的重要组成部分及重要医疗手段的必要条件与保证。

To clarify the connotation and extension of medical humanity is priority for its integration with clinical practice. Originated from the ancient Greece, the western humanism movement takes education and language as the ontology of humanism. The ＂people-oriented＂ principle is a specific conception aiming to oppose religious ontology of traditional humanism. Taking language as the carrier for humanistic medicine is not only to return to ontology of humanism, but also to establish a foundation of integrate humanistic spirit into the clinical practice. Humanistic medicine is aiming to resolve psychological problems while scientific medicine is aiming to recover physiological balance of the body. Therefore, the ＂language-oriented＂ principle is essential to guarantee medical humanism be a primary part of clinical practice and is also an important medical care approach.
