Present Situation and Policy Recommendations on Personnel of Traditional Chinese Medicine

采用文献资料和数据分析法,通过对中医药健康服务人才队伍现状的分析和未来需求的预测,发现中医药类专业毕业生从事中医药岗位的比例较低,中医药人才队伍不能完全适应中医药健康服务发展的需要等问题,并提出了相关政策建议,如加强政策引导,鼓励中医药类毕业生从事中医药相关工作;遵循教育规律,完善人力资源培养体系;拓展岗位,保证人力资源合理利用;完善政策,健全人力资源激励机制,以探索促进中医药健康服务人才队伍建设的有效途径,推动中医药健康服务可持续发展。

By literature review and data analysis, the current status and future demand of health care personnel of traditional Chinese medicine were discussed. The authors found that the graduates of traditional Chinese medicine rarely engaged in related work and the traditional Chinese medicine personnel could not adapt to the development of health services. Furthermore, this paper put forward some countermeasures to strengthen the construction of health service personnel of traditional Chinese medicine, such as promoting policy guidance to encourage graduates pursue an occupation relates to traditional Chinese medicine; improving training system following the nature law of education; expanding the jobs to ensure the reasonable use of human resources; and improving the policy of human resources to strengthen incentive mechanism of health services personnel team of traditional Chinese medicine.
